GHOA COMMITTEE SPECIAL ELECTION RESULTS - December 14th, 2022
The 2022 Special Election for a new GHOA committee member to replace Jamie McQuillan at the beginning of 2023 ended December 14th, 2022. A total of 45 out of our 119 homeowners voted. There were two homeowners running in this election, Karen Weisser and Tegan Hendricks. Each of those two candidates received many votes. Two weeks before the election was to close, Nicole Sutter submitted her resignation from the GHOA Committee as of December 31st, 2022. Since there were two people in the election, it made sense to welcome both Karen Weisser AND Tegan Hendricks to the GHOA Committee beginning January 1st, 2023. Their term is for two years. Congratulations Karen and Tegan!

GHOA Committee Meetings via Google Meet 2023
Due to the continuing situation of the pandemic, all meetings will be conducted via Google Meet.

Graysland Homeowners Association Annual Assessment Fee
GHOA Annual Assessment is $175.00 for January 1st to December 31st of each year. The invoices are mailed May 1st and payment is due by May 31st. There is a 12% charge on the amount owed if the assessment is late. The GHOA committee uses the annual assessment to keep all common grounds in Graysland in good condition. Besides payment for Liability insurance for the common grounds there is also the cost of grass cutting, removal of trees, payment for work done on the common grounds, box rental, office supplies, et. al. There is also a reserve amount kept in the bank in case any large project would be needed to be done on the common grounds and also in the water retention basins.
